Important Information

Tickets: All visitors must purchase a ticket before entering the park. Tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket booths inside the park, or at select hotels depending on the type of ticket desired.
Handicap Accessibility: Motiongate is designed to be accessible to all guests, including those with disabilities. There are designated disabled parking spaces, wheelchair-accessible pathways, and accommodations for guests with special needs.
Food and Beverages: Food and beverages are available for purchase throughout the park. Guests are not allowed to bring food or beverages inside the park.
Lost and Found: All lost and found items should be reported to a parking attendant. All items will be logged and taken to the Lost and Found office.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the park. Designated smoking areas are located outside the park.
Cameras: Guests are allowed to bring cameras into the park but are not allowed to use them in certain areas, such as the roller coasters and water rides.
